Previous Projects

  • Loop Sleeves Installation on 42" Mainline

This project involved stress analysis to facilitate the installation of sleeve assemblies on a 42” line while in operation.

    Project details:

    • Comprehensive non-linear stress analysis on two sleeve assemblies to be installed on an NPS 42 mainline to repair expanded 42” pipe girth welds at two locations

    • Stress analysis and evaluations conducted as per ASME Section VIII Div 2, Section 5.2.4 Elastic Plastic Analysis method

  • Mainline Loop Receiver and Bypass Stress Analysis

Lanmark was engaged by a client to perform stress analysis for a mainline piping bypass.

    Project details:

    • Design and CSA Z662 stress analysis for NPS 42 permanent bypass piping with valve and permanent receiver barrel assembly, tie-ins, and piping support loads

    • Design pressure: 8,690 kPag

    • Content: Sales Gas

    • Flange leakage check per ASME BPV section VIII Div 1 and Div 2
