Aaron Glazier, PE, P.Eng
President - Canada
Mr. Glazier is the managing partner responsible for engineering oversight and strategic planning. This includes corporate positioning in marketing and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plan, and related product positioning.
He is a professional engineer registered in the US and Canada with over 25 years of diversified experience in the petroleum and petrochemical industries.

He is known for successfully leading rapid development programs and building highly effective cross-functional teams to achieve complex objectives.
Mr. Glazier is a systems thinker that integrates technical expertise and business acumen to contribute to the overall business strategy and management of the company. He has worked in Canada and the United States and holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautical Studies.
Bernie Calkins, P.Eng.
President - USA
Mr. Calkins oversees Lanmark’s US business and design teams.
Mr. Calkins is a professional engineer with over 25 years of experience in project management, process engineering, and mechanical design in the energy and petrochemical industries. He has an extensive background in large plant and terminal operations and design.

He has led large multidisciplinary teams on complex designs and delivered projects successfully on schedule and on budget.
Mr. Calkins understands that operability, reliability, and safety all drive the long-term profitability of the asset.
Mark Preston, CET
Drafting Manager
Mr. Preston has extensive knowledge of drafting and design with over 29 years of experience and has been a member of the Lanmark team since 2007.
He supports the overall growth and ongoing success of Lanmark through the integration of engineering, construction, drafting, and document control resources to produce an overall engineering package for use by the construction group.

Mr. Preston is a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) as designated by the Alberta Society of Engineering Technology (ASET). He brings a wealth of design and engineering integration experience to Lanmark and all the projects he works on.
Jon Bell, PMP
Team Lead
Mr. Bell has been working in the energy industry since 1989. He started on drilling rigs, moved into construction and maintenance, then into operations and optimization, and then into management.
He has vast field experience and is familiar with all aspects of production and optimization. He has worked through design, planning, construction, and commissioning of greenfield and brownfield areas.

He has extensive working experience in business and market development, economic evaluations, growth planning, licensing, environmental protection, and supervision in all phases of design. He has oversight of all the engineering disciplines from initiation through closing.
Mr. Bell excels as a key resource for management of Lanmark’s HSE and Quality programs, company compliance, emergency preparedness, safety training, audits, and the tracking of day-to-day activities.
Lana Benjaminson, CGA., CPA.
V.P. Finance
Ms. Benjaminson has been with Lanmark since 1999. She provides leadership, vision, and management support to assist the organization in reaching its financial and cultural goals as outlined within its business plan.
She supervises Lanmark’s finance, human resources, health and safety, and administration departments.

She is an accredited CGA and a member of the Certified General Accountants Association of Alberta and the Certified General Accountants of Canada. She represents Lanmark as its chief financial spokesperson.
Ms. Benjaminson’s previous work experiences include personal, private, and public accounting with the Matthews Group, and Barr Shelley Stuart.
