Previous Projects

  • NOx Abatement

    Lanmark provided front end design, detailed design, project management, and construction support for the installation of a tertiary NOx and N2O abatement system to meet new regulations for a nitric acid plant.

    Project details:

    • Nitric acid plant capacity: 840 mtpd

    • Ammonia and natural gas streams fed to EnviNOx reactor to reduce NOx levels in tail gas stream to < 1 ppm while simultaneously reducing N2O levels

  • Steam Turbine Generator

    This project involved FEED and project management to oversee detailed engineering, procurement, and installation of a 15 MW Steam Turbine Generator (STG) in a large petrochemical facility.

    Project details:

    • 63,500 kg/h (140,000 lb/h) superheated 4,136 kPag (600 psig) steam at 385 C (750 F)

    • STG utilized excess superheated steam produced from exothermic reaction of new 1,100 sTPD Weak 65% Nitric Acid plants and 1,500 sTPD Ammonia facility

  • Acid Plants

    Lanmark represented a client as the Project Manager, overseeing detailed engineering to field construction, commissioning, and final acceptance testing.
