Previous Projects

  • Urea Stripper Replacement

Lanmark reviewed an engineering package for the replacement of a Urea stripper to identify discrepancies and interferences between the vessel, piping, and structural steel.

    Project details:

    • 2,000 MTPD Urea fertilizer

    • Minimized plant downtime by designing a complete as-built model of the Urea stripper system

    • Provided stress analysis and piping support design,

    • Identified piping design discrepancies prior to installation.

  • Ammonia Plant

This project involved the FEED design and integration of a new 1,500 sTPD Ammonia facility to an existing brownfield site.

Lanmark represented the owner as Project Manager, overseeing detailed engineering, field construction, and commissioning of all the OSBL facilities, storage, and shipping solutions of the Ammonia facility.

  • Power Boiler Replacement

Lanmark was engaged to generate project plans and related cost estimates to complete the removal and installation methods for a vessel scheduled to be replaced at a 2,000 MTPD Urea plant.
