Previous Projects

  • Crude Oil Transloading Facility

Lanmark provided the engineering, design, and regulatory services for the expansion of a crude oil terminal in Unity, Saskatchewan.

    Project details:

    • 60,000 bbl atmospheric tank

    • 4 x 3,500 bbl secondary tanks

    • 20 rail car loading rack

    • Oil transfer and loading pumps

    • The project facilitated truck offloading, rail loading of up to 20 cars per day, custody measurement, and storage.

  • Tank Farm FEED

Lanmark utilized a Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) process for a new tank farm. The project consisted of storage tanks for raw materials, product release, and product storage, truck loading and offloading, Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) facilities including pumps, truck scales, and nitrogen supply; rail loading facilities; and transfer and product loading pumps.

    Project details:

    • Raw material receipts from truck: 200 GPM

    • Raw material deliveries to plant: 25 GPM

    • Finished product flowrate to truck and rail: 200 GPM

  • ADD Project experience

Butane Offloading, Storage and Injection Terminal

This project involved the engineering and design of a 600 m3/d butane truck offload, storage, and pipeline transfer facility.

It included detailed mechanical, instrumentation, and civil design for modifications required at another facility to receive and blend butane from the new transfer facility.

    Project details:

    • LACT truck offloading rate of 48-60 m3/truck

    • 462 m3 butane storage bullet
